@juicy.recipes SHIRAZI SALAD?? // full recipe This chopped salad is made from 3 main ingredients! It’s flavorful, juicy and sooo delicious! INGREDIENTS: (for a large bowl) - 6 cucumbers - 4 large tomatoes - 2 red onions - A bunch of fresh mint - Juice from 1 lemon - Olive oil - salt and pepper (to taste) INSTRUCTIONS: Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions into very small cubes and add into a bowl along with chopped mint. Season with lemon juice, olive oil salt and pepper. Mix well. Eat as is, or like I did- in a pita bread with tahini. ENJOY!?
